Does Mankato Woodworks deliver?

We can deliver on occasion, however we prefer that customers pick up their pieces at our shop. When we deliver we however cannot fully guarantee the time frame of the delivery. If you pick up your item, we can  have it done in a timely fashion.

What is your return policy?

If there is a flaw or problem with your item within the first year, we will repair or replace it. The flaw would have to be outside of general use/wear and tear. Example could be a table top splitting or cupping. Since these tables are all made from really wood, proper care should be exercised with ownership.

What are the care instructions?

Our residential dining tables are finished with Polyurethane, and Rubio Monocoat. You can use a damp rag to clean table off, and then dry it. Cleaning products work as well, however when using cleaning products use the cleaners as directed. Do not scrape or apply serious force to certain areas on table. Do not let hot or cold items sit for prolonged periods of time. Use caution with liquids on the tables. Do not let water or liquids sit for a prolonged period of time, as it will ruin the finish.

Where do your materials come from?

Mankato Woodworks sources the majority of our lumber from the

James Volk Band Mill in Madison Lake, MN.

On occasion we also source some of our wood from Iverson Hardwoods in St. Louis Park, MN. 

Our steel table legs and products are fabricated by Mick Ryhkus of Eagle Lake, MN. Mick purchases all his steel product from Minnesota Iron & Metal in downtown Mankato. Mick then powder coats the products at the company he has ownership in Associated Finishing Inc.

We build our wood bases in house with spun table legs from Carolina Leg Company 

Carolina Leg Co. offers a wonderful selection and variety of fine legs.

When can I expect my order to be complete?

From time of order we are currently expecting items to take 3-6 weeks.
